Terraces are charging more
Enjoying a drink on a terrace is 3.6% more expensive than last summer, according to the annual terrace test carried out by catering advice agency Van Spronsen & Partners.
For the eighth year, Amsterdam tops the list, although prices have stayed the same as 2010. A round consisting of two beers, two wines, two soft drinks and two coffees costs €21.15. In Den Bosch the same round costs €20.70.
The cheapest terraces are in Nijmegen where a round costs €18.20.
