Almere teacher involved in US child porn ring (update)
A primary school teacher from Almere is involved in the massive Dreamboard child porn case in the US, which has so far led to 72 people facing charges, news agency ANP said on Thursday.
The man, known as Rene M, was arrested in January on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. He is due to appear in court on September 29.
A second Dutch nationals was arrested in Gelderland in April 2010 and has since been sentenced to four years in jail, one suspended. He was picked up after tips from Denmark and the US.
So far, 52 of the people charged in the two-year investigation have been arrested and 13 have confessed, according to US media reports.
