Erasmus University in Rotterdam is introducing a new course in ´expatriate management´ for hbo college students and graduates in an effort to increase corporate expertise in international mobility.

´The problems surrounding cross border work are complex and becoming even more complicated,´ says Inge Nitsche, director of the Expatise Centre and one of the driving forces behind the course.
In particular many companies, both those which employ foreign expats or send Dutch staff abroad, are unaware of the compliance issues which need to be addressed, Nitsche says.
