A9 rush hour lane gets go ahead
The construction of a rush hour lane on the A9 between Alkmaar and Uitgeest can go ahead, the Council of State announced on Wednesday.
People living in nearby Heiloo had complained that air quality would suffer and the research used in the original decision was flawed. The Council said their complaints were ‘inadmissable’.
Construction of the rush hour lane has already begun.
