House prices dropped an average 1.8% in May, slightly less than the 2.1% drop in April, according to figures published on Tuesday by the central statistics agency CBS.

Prices fell in every province except Utrecht and Groningen where they rose 0.5% and 0.3% respectively. The biggest fall was in Friesland with 4.4%.
