The mentally handicapped youth who was tied to the wall in his room because nurses said he was too disruptive has been moved to a new home, news agency ANP reports.

Brandon became the subject of a television report and parliamentary debate after his mother went public with her son’s plight.
The 18-year-old is doing well, lives in a small group and is no longer tied up, she told a television programme on Wednesday evening.
