School taken to court over noisy children

An unnamed elderly man in the Rotterdam region of IJsselmonde is so fed up with the noise of school children playing outside their school he is going to court, local television station RTV Rijnmond reports.

Dick van der Aa, head of the Catamaran school, says teachers try to keep the noise under control but admits the children can be very loud at times.
The case will be heard in two months.
