Direct Wonen closes all its branches
Housing agency Direct Wonen is to shut all 23 branches as part of a reorganisation, the Financieele Dagblad reports.
The company says only 3% of its customers spontaneously visit a branch and that most of its business is done on the internet.
In 2009, Direct Wonen lost its licence to operate in Amsterdam after ‘consistently breaking city council rules’. Last year the company ended its three-year listing on the London AIM stock exchange.
