Car maker Spyker, owner of Swedish car manufacturer Saab, on Friday announced a net loss of €218m over 2010.

The loss was not unexpected as Spyker has previously said it does not expect to make a profit until 2012.
Saab cars sold well, showing an increase of 15% on 2009 and bringing turnover to €819m, the company said.
