Second gold for Wüst

Ireen Wüst took her second gold medal at the speed skating world championships in Germany on Friday afternoon. This time for the 1,500 metres.


Wüst won gold for the 3,000 metres on Thursday evening. She is still to compete in the 1,000 metres and the team pursuit.
Earlier on Friday there was silver for Kjeld Nuis and bronze for Stefan Groothuis in the men’s 1,000 metres. The gold went to the American Shani Davis.
