More houses sold in February
The number of houses changing hands in February rose 7.5% on a year ago, according to land registry figures.
In particular, detached and semi-detached houses were popular, with sales up 13%.
More homes were sold in every province apart from Flevoland (-18.5%) and Zeeland (-5%). Groningen booked the biggest rise at 26.7%.
