Children’s charities win government funding on appeal

Three large charities which failed to win government grants last year because they did not meet ‘quality criteria’ are to get funding after all following an appeal.


Terre des Hommes, the Liliane Fonds and Stichting Kinderpostzegels, which all work with children in developing countries, will now share €32m. They had originally requested €68m.
