Airline Air France-KLM issued a profit warning on Thursday, saying it would not reach its target of €300m net profit over the current book year, which ends on March 31.
Security issues in several African countries and most recently Tunisia and Egypt, snow and other weather conditions and the strike by air traffic controllers in France have hit earnings, the airline said in a statement.
‘In this context, we maintain an objective of a positive operating result for full year 2010-11, but it will be below our previous target of over €300m,’ the airline said.
