Somali terror suspect loses extradition fight
The High Court ruled on Tuesday that a Somali terrorist suspect can be extradited to the US to face terrorism charges.
The 44-year-old man is alleged to have helped extremists travel to Somalia to train with the radical Islamic movement Al-Shabab. He was arrested at a refugee centre in Dronten, Flevoland in November 2009.
In May 2010, judges in Rotterdam agreed to his extradition but the man took his case to the High Court.
