Martin van Geel takes over from Beenhakker at Feyenoord
Martin van Geel is joining troubled Rotterdam football club Feyenoord as technical director. Former Feyenoord player Van Geel replaces Leo Beenhakker who quit last month following a string of disappointing results.
Van Geel has reportedly signed an unlimited contract but will first complete this season with his current club, Roda JC. Van Geel, 50, has been technical director previously at Willem II, AZ amd Ajax.
