Cruijff returns to Ajax in advisory role
Football legend Johan Cruijff is to return to Amsterdam club Ajax as a member of the technical advisory committee.
Cruijff has been away from Ajax, where he made his name, for 22 years but in recent months has been highly critical of the club’s performance.
The former international is also in talks with the board on other tasks and, according to the Telegraaf, is also considering joining the supervisory board.
Ajax is currently third in the premier division.
