Blaricum has most expensive, Pekela cheapest homes
The town of Blaricum still has the most expensive houses in the country, with an average price of almost €800,000, according to website Woningmarktcijfers.
The Blaricum average has risen 12% over the past year, the website said.
Bloemendaal is second on the list, with an average house price of €670,000. Wassenaar and Laren are third at €610,000.
The cheapest place to buy a home is Pekela in Groningen, where the average house price is €132,000.
