All three Dutch clubs made it through to the round of 16 in the Europa league after successful second leg matches on Thursday night.

Amsterdam’s Ajax beat Anderlecht of Belgium 2-0, giving them a 5-0 victory on aggregate. Both goals came from Miralem Sulejmani. Ajax will meet FC Spartak Moskva in the round of 16. For a match report, click here
PSV saw off Lille of France 3-1 with three second half goals. The Eindhoven side goes through 5-3 on aggregate and will meet Scottish side Rangers on March 10. For a match report click here
Toughest job of the night was that facing FC Twente, which had beaten Rubin Kazan 2-0 in the first leg. The Russian side came back strongly to wipe out Twente’s aggregate lead but goals either side of the break made the southern side’s progression in to the round of 16 a reality.
