€5m to boost port ‘sustainability’
The transport and infrastructure ministry has earmarked almost €5m to stimulate green initiatives in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Zeeland and Moerdijk ports.
The money will be spent on projects to boost onward shipment by rail and to find sustainable ways of stopping the ports silting up.
