Philips acquires US Med-Sage
Electronics concern Philips announced on Thursday it has acquired the main assets of MedSage Technologies, the American provider of patient interaction and management applications.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
MedSage will become part of the Sleep business within Philips Home Healthcare Solutions. It will allow Philips to offer better digital communication between home care providers and patients.
