More details of Spyker’s Swedish listing in May

Luxury car maker Spyker will in May give more details about its plans to list on the Swedish stock exchange, news agency Bloomberg reports.

Spyker’s CEO Victor Muller said in September an IPO could be on the cards for April.
Spyker, which took over Sweden’s Saab last year, is listed in Amsterdam, but could eventually be delisted in the Dutch capital, Bloomberg quoted Muller as saying.
