Add as a favourite source on Google Add DutchNews as a favourite source on GoogleA 35-year-old man from Rotterdam has been remanded in custody for making threats against the daughter of GroenLinks leader Femke Halsema as well as Labour leader Job Cohen and D66 leader Alexander Pechtold.
The man used the microblogging service Twitter to make the threats directly to the politicians concerned on the same day in September. He made the threats using the alias allah-u-akbar.
