Randstad bids for FujiStaff

Staffing company Randstad announced on Friday it has made a €147 mln bid for the Japanese company FujiStaff Holdings.


Randstad already has a 20.5% interest in the stock exchange listed Japanese firm. It has now reached agreement with the founders to buy their 44.5% interest. Randstad is also offering to buy outstanding shares.
The €147 mln bid includes debts of €26 mln.
