On Friday PVV leader Geert Wilders told the assembled press he had reached agreement with fellow party leaders Mark Rutte (VVD) and Maxime Verhagen (Christian Democrats) on the €18 bn they wish to cut from public spending in return for tougher immigration rules. He did not go into details.
