Central Rotterdam hit by power cut

The centre of Rotterdam was hit by a power cut on Tuesday morning, with at least 10,000 customers left without electricity.


A large number of shops have been affected and city centre trams services are not running, a spokesman for the local power network said.
As yet, there is no indication when supplies are likely to be restored.
