The band, 3JS (from their names Jan Dulles, Jaap Kwakman and Jaap de Witte), will write five songs. A professional jury and the public will pick the winning number. Tros said the song will be in Dutch.
This year Tros sent teenager Sieneke to Oslo but she failed to qualify for the final.
