A 30-year-old man accused of secretly taking photographs and films of naked men in the showers on a campsite on the Wadden Sea island of Texel has been found not guilty of any crime, the Telegraaf reports on Wednesday.

The court ruled that the act of taking photos could not be ruled an abusive situation and it cannot be proved that the victims’ feelings of sexual shame had been compromised.
The man took the photos over the edge of dividing walls between the showers. He was arrested after being caught by one of his victims.
