Police have issued a nationwide alert for a 12-year-old girl, missing from her home in Dordrecht since early Wednesday evening.

Millie Boele disappeared from the family home soon after talking to her mother on the phone at around 5.30pm. When her mother returned home, at around 6.30pm the girl had disappeared.
Millie, described as a problem-free girl in her first year at high school, is not the sort of child to run away, friends told the Telegraaf.

The paper claims to have tracked down a neighbour who has a webcam permanently on the roof of his home to record comings and goings in the neighbourhood.
Footage apparently shows a man with his hood up getting out of a red Opel Corsa and walking a couple of metres after the girl who is walking along the street, heading for the family home.
The next shot shows the car driving off but the girl is nowhere to be seen, the paper says. A few minutes later, the girl’s mother returns home.
The Telegraaf accuses police of being slow to react to the disappearance. A national alarm was only issued almost 24 hours later, too late to have any effect, the paper says.
