Unilever is replacing its top 100 managers

Anglo-Dutch groceries group Unilever is in the process of replacing its top 100 managers, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Friday.

Since taking over as CEO in January, Paul Polman has replaced 40 managers. ‘The next round is in November,’ Polman told a meeting of the American chamber of commerce in the Netherlands on Thursday evening.
‘Changing the management is quite normal in big companies and this is no different at Unilever,’ a spokesman told the paper later.
Unilever will not make any more details public and it is unclear if Polman is dissatisfied with their performance or whether he wants to circulate people in top jobs, the paper said.
