Thirteen teenagers between the ages of 14 and 18 have been arrested in Amsterdam for a scam involving the sale of iPhones via the internet, reports the Volkskrant on Tuesday.
The teenagers offered iPhones for sale on the internet but customers who paid for the products never received their goods, a police spokesman told the paper. Some 77 people lost a total of €21,000 as a result of the scam.
