Air France KLM passengers down 3.8%
The number of passengers traveling on Air France KLM flights in August was down 3.8% on August 2008 at 6.6 million, according to new figures from the airline.
But a 4.2% reduction in capacity led to a slight increase in the seat occupancy rate, the airline said.
Freight traffic was down 16.1%, which was more than offset by a 16.9% reduction in capacity.
