Four Dutch unhurt in Thai plane crash
At least four Dutch people were passengers on the plane that crashed on the Thai holiday island of Koh Samui on Tuesday, reports BNR Radio on its website, quoting the Dutch embassy in Bangkok. None of the Dutch people were injured in the crash.
Only the pilot of the Bangkok Airways plane died when the nose of the plane collided with a disused traffic control tower at the airport during heavy rainfall.
Press reports say around 10 of the 70 or so people on board have been taken to hospital.
