Pay per drive tax delayed again: Nos
The introduction of legislation bringing in a kilometre tax on motorists has been delayed until after the summer, Nos tv reports on Wednesday, quoting political sources.
Transport minister Camiel Eurlings had pledged to bring in the draft legislation before the long break.
In February he announced that the introduction of the new tax would not happen in 2012 as planned but that the legislative process would begin before the summer.
Technical problems and privacy considerations are among the issues the project faces.
