Six Dutch nationals are among the hundreds of hotel guests quarantined in a Hong Kong hotel after swine flu was identified in a 25-year-old man who had just returned from Mexico.

Three of the six have been admitted to hospital, one of whom has an increase in temperature, news agency ANP said.
The first case of swine flu in the Netherlands was identified in a three-year-old girl on Thursday.
