Arrests at far-right demo in Den Bosch

Some 40 people were arrested in Den Bosch on Saturday as opponents attempted to disrupt a demonstration by 60 members of the extreme right-wing Nederlandse Volks Unie on Saturday.

The demonstrators were surrounded by hundreds of police officers. Their march had a permit but they were banned from the city centre.
Around 150 protestors gathered to oppose the demonstration. Most were arrested for throwing stones and and refusing to show ID, Nos tv reported.
