More people fail to pay health insurance bill

The number of people failing to pay their health insurance bills rose 16% last year to 280,000, says the national statistics office CBS.


At the end of 2009, 190,000 people had not paid their bill for six months or more.
And 95,000 people have not paid anything towards their insurance since January 2006 when the new system was introduced.
