Mercedes dealer Liam, which has branches in Leiden, Alphen and Amsterdam among others, has applied for court protection from creditors, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Thursday.
The company has a workforce of 180, and focuses on smaller vans and trucks as well as luxury cars.
Liam’s problems follow the 25% drop in new car sales over the first three months of this year.
Last week, car dealer Kroymans also filed for court protection with reported debts of €1.4bn.
