Dutch troops to stay in Bosnia
Some 80 Dutch soldiers will remain in Bosnia as part of a European Union mission for at least another year, the cabinet has decided.
Dutch defence forces have been active in the country for some 20 years now, first with the United Nations and then with Nato, the Volkskrant reports on Wednesday.
The EU force, known as EUFOR, is in the Balkan state to preserve peace and stability because of the continued threat of rising ethnic tensions, the paper says.
