A 50-year-old woman will appear before Rotterdam magistrates on Tuesday afternoon accused of publishing the name and photo of an alleged paedophile on the internet.

Yvonne van Hertum, known as the ‘paedophile hunter’, says the website Dutchpredators is US-owned and she is merely its spokesperson.
Martijn V, who Van Hertum says has been convicted of sexually assaulting three 13 and 14-year-old girls, is demanding the removal of his details from the website and damages of €750,000.
