Leiden to get a child rights centre
The Netherlands is to establish a special centre for childrens’ rights in Leiden next year, family minister André Rouvoet said on Monday.
The announcement was made in Scheveningen during an international conference on violence against girls.
In November the UN children’s organisation Unicef is holding a conference in the Netherlands to mark the 20th anniversary of the its convention on the rights of the child.
