KPN scraps 1,400 Getronics jobs
KPN is to cut 1,400 jobs at its Getronics IT services unit, the telecoms company said on Tuesday.
Some 700 of the jobs will go in the Netherlands. Getronics currently has a workforce of 14,300 and KPN hopes to generate annual savings of €60m a year through the reorganisation.
KPN took over Getronics in 2007.
