Wendy van Dijk wins damages
Tv presenter Wendy van Dijk has won €7,500 in damages from website Geen Stijl which claimed she had an affair with a married tv company boss.
The X-Factor presenter had demanded €100,000 from the website for damaging the Wendy van Dijk brand but the court said she could not prove that any actual damage had been done.
