Environmental organisation Greenpeace on Monday placed a huge windmill made of thousands of postcards on the pavement in front of the offices of the German energy firm Eon in Rotterdam.
The organisation says the cards, signed by 78,000 people, are a protest against Eon’s construction of a new coal-fired power plant on the city’s industrial Maasvlakte site.
