DSM fails to sell special products unit
Chemicals company DSM has not managed to sell its Special Products unit to US investor Arseal Capital Partners, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
The sale, announced in March last year, fell through because of European Commission demands, DSM said.
The company said it will look for a new buyer for the unit as part of its previously announced strategy to focus on life and material sciences.
