Motorists warned about black ice
Motorists are being warned of black ice on many roads throughout the country and mandatory reduced speeds on some motorways.
Some 15 cars were involved in a pile-up near Ridderkerk on Friday morning, leading to the partial closure of the A16 to A15 motorway for a time.
