Lorries create most traffic jams
Lorries create 30% of traffic jams but only account for 3% of traffic, says the organisation Transport en Environment.
Lorries are also responsible for twice as many deaths as private cars, the organisation said.
Transport organisations EVO and TLN told NOS tv that the calcuations were based on the wrong figures.
