Housing chiefs break salary norms
More than 110 housing corporation directors earn more than the recommended guideline of €176,000, equivalent to the prime minister’s basic salary, says the tenant lobby group Woonbond.
The organisation bases its calculations on home affairs ministry figures, news agency ANP says.
The top earner, says Woonbond, is Erik Staal of the Vestia housing corporation, with a salary of €463,000.
