Holleeder to appear at appeal court
Suspected gangland boss Willem Holleeder will appear in court on Wednesday as his appeal against convictions for blackmail continues, ANP reports.
Holleeder was sentenced to nine years in jail last year for blackmailing four men, two of whom are now dead.
The case centres on secret conversations between property tycoon Willem Endstra and the police which were made in 2003. Endstra was shot dead in 2004.
