Health insurer takes over hospital

Health insurer DSW is to form a cooperative with regional care operators and staff members to take over the Vlietland hospital in Schiedam, reports Tuesday’s Financieele Dagblad.


The cooperative will own 100% of the hospital and is making €18.5m available to cover costs and improvements.
