Half of Dutch worried about finances
Half the Dutch population is worried the credit crisis will hit their spending power, according to Delta Lloyd research quoted in Monday’s Telegraaf.
Over 25% say they are already feeling the effects of the downturn and half are already making or thinking about making contingency plans to shore up their income.
Some 8% are so worried that they cannot sleep at night, the paper says. Fears about pensions top the list of concerns.
